SUPPORT STAFF
LIFEGUARD
Lifeguard staff ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff while swimming and boating. They are also responsible for modeling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing campers/guests with an experience that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Camp McCullough.
Applicants must be 16 years old and have a current Lifeguard certificate.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance staff are responsible for cleaning areas around the property (bathrooms, cabins, lodges, etc.) and preparing events/activities for campers. They are also responsible for modeling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing campers/guests with an experience that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Camp McCullough.
Applicants must have completed 9th grade as of Spring 2026.
KITCHEN
Kitchen staff will clean dishes, equipment, and the kitchen area as needed, and will assist the cooks with food preparation to offer high-quality food products and service. They are also responsible for modeling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing campers with an experience that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Camp McCullough.
Applicants must have completed 9th grade as of Spring 2026 and have a current WA State Food Handler's Card.
OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Working closely with the leadership, this position helps coordinate the behind the scenes details that make camp life function: ensuring that schedules, logistics, and daily operations all align to support a seamless camp experience for campers, staff, and guest groups. They are also responsible for modeling a genuine lifestyle of Christian discipleship, providing campers with an experience that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Camp McCullough.
Applicants must have completed 12th grade as of Spring 2026.
PROGRAM STAFF
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
The Program Coordinator is responsible for modeling an authentic Christian lifestyle while guiding both campers and staff through the daily schedule. They ensure programs run smoothly, foster a safe and welcoming environment, and create opportunities for spiritual growth through well-planned activities and experiences at Camp McCullough.
Applicants must have completed 12th grade as of Spring 2026.
COUNSELOR
Counselors are responsible for modeling a genuine Christian lifestyle to campers of a variety of ages, providing campers safety and well-being while befriending campers to nurture spiritual growth through program activities and experiences while at Camp McCullough.
Applicants must have completed 12th grade as of Spring 2026.
CIT (Counselor In Training)
CITs will assist a counselor in attending to campers' needs and will grow as a leader and in their faith. CITs will learn how to care for their campers and be mentored by the counselor they are paired with.
Applicants must have completed 10th grade as of Spring 2026.
