Leaders help create a safe community that people can grow together. Encourage group conversations to be confidential.

Speak well of current leadership; Refuse to give audience to a spirit of complaining or gossiping, but will instead be courageous in solving every problem in a way that honors God, builds character, and protects the unity of the Spirit in our church. (1 Peter 4:8, 9, Matthew 18:15-17, Romans 16:17)
Not use the relationship and role as a leader for one's personal gain in business and not to take advantage of the love and closeness established at FPC Tacoma with the intent to sell a product or make business contacts.
